How do I start a refill visit?

Complete your intake online, then call (520) 232-2525 to request a video visit. We confirm a time and text you a secure Doxy.me link to join from your phone, tablet or computer.

Can you refill my prescription if my doctor is in another state?

Can I get a blood pressure, thyroid or cholesterol medication refill online?

Often, yes. These are among the most common stable maintenance medications we evaluate by telehealth. Your clinician may ask about recent readings or labs before prescribing.

Do you refill controlled substances?

No. Sanova does not provide controlled-substance refills through this service, including opioids, benzodiazepines, ADHD stimulants and controlled sleep medications.

Is this an emergency service?
