Everything You Need Before You Walk In

Most patients who contact us are looking for the same few things: how to get here, what to bring, whether we take their insurance, and how long they'll wait. Here are the quick answers — and if you'd rather just talk to a person, call (520) 232-2525 and our front desk will help.

Walk in — no appointment

We see patients in the order they arrive, Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. There's no need to call ahead. To speed up check-in, pre-register online and your paperwork will be waiting for you.

What to bring

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card (out-of-state plans are fine)
  • A list of your current medications
  • Any recent X-rays, lab results or discharge papers if you have them

Insurance & self-pay

We accept Medicare, Tricare, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana and most major plans. No insurance? We post transparent self-pay prices so you know the cost before you're seen. See the full insurance & costs page.

Running out of a medication?

If you can't get a timely appointment with your primary care doctor, our providers can evaluate you and write a bridge refill for routine maintenance medications — blood pressure, thyroid, cholesterol, diabetes, inhalers and similar. We do not refill controlled substances. Medication refill by telehealth.
