Get ready before you arrive, know what to expect while you are here, and find help with results, records and refills afterward. Below, we also keep trusted public-health links for families in Oro Valley, Catalina, SaddleBrooke and North Tucson. None of these replace an evaluation by a clinician — and if you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.
Many of the questions that bring patients to this page — a fever that won't break, a cut that might need stitches, a UTI, a sprained ankle, a prescription that's about to run out — are things we treat on a walk-in basis at 15883 N Oracle Rd, without an appointment. Use the links below to get to the right place fast; the public-health directory follows.
Illness, injury, infections, on-site X-ray and lab testing, sports physicals and IV hydration — all on one walk-in services page. Kids too: pediatric urgent care.
We accept Medicare, Tricare, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and most major plans, and post transparent self-pay prices. Insurance & costs.
Running low and can't reach your PCP? Our providers can write a bridge refill for routine maintenance medications (no controlled substances). Online medication refills in Arizona.

Want to read more first? Our health guides cover heat illness, sprains and X-rays, UTIs, rapid testing and when to choose urgent care over the ER — written by the providers you'll see here.
Your Visit, Step by Step
Walk-ins are always welcome, no appointment needed. Pre-registering simply moves the paperwork to your phone. Can’t find your answer? Call us at (520) 232-2525.
It moves the paperwork to your couch. When you pre-register online, you enter your contact details, insurance and the reason for your visit in a secure, HIPAA-compliant form that takes only a moment. When you arrive, the front desk confirms your photo ID and insurance card and you are checked in.
No. Walk-ins are always welcome Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM, with no appointment and no referral. Pre-registering just shortens the part of the visit nobody enjoys.
It isn’t an appointment and there is no time slot. You are seen in order of arrival, with urgent cases first. We would rather be honest about that than hand you a time that doesn’t hold.
Yes. Anyone can complete the form on someone else’s behalf from their own phone; just fill out one registration per person who will be seen, and bring that person’s ID and insurance card to the visit.
Photo ID; your insurance card plus any Medicare Advantage or supplemental card; your current medications and doses; drug allergies; and your primary care provider’s name so we can send the visit note.
Yes. The form is encrypted and HIPAA-compliant, and it goes directly into our clinical system. It is used only for your care.
No. There is nothing to cancel and your registration does not expire, so it is ready whenever you do come in. If anything has changed by then, the front desk updates it in a minute.
Call 911 for anything life-threatening — chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding or trouble breathing. Call the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center for a suspected poisoning or medication mix-up, and 988 for a mental-health crisis. For everything else that isn’t an emergency — illness, injury, infections, X-rays and labs — walk into Sanova Urgent Care on Oracle Road, Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
Yes. Ask the front desk for a visit summary, work or school excuse, or a copy of your X-ray or lab results. If you need care coordinated with a specialist or your primary care doctor, our providers will send the records and referral information on your behalf.
Start with our insurance & costs page for transparent self-pay pricing at Sanova, then use the AHCCCS and HealthCare.gov links below to see whether you qualify for Arizona Medicaid or a marketplace plan. We accept Medicare, Tricare, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and most major plans if you are covered.
Walk in. If you are running low on a routine maintenance medication and can’t get a timely appointment with your primary care provider, our providers can evaluate you and write a bridge refill. We do not refill controlled substances.
