Occupational medicine made simple: walk-in drug testing, pre-employment physicals, TB tests and titers for employers and job applicants across Oro Valley, Catalina and SaddleBrooke — flat posted prices, same-day results, no appointment. Sanova does not perform DOT physicals.
Hiring shouldn't stall because the nearest collection site is 30 minutes away and closed by 4pm. Sanova Urgent Care on North Oracle Road handles pre-employment drug screens, employment physicals, TB tests and titers on a walk-in basis six days a week, 7am to 7pm — with flat, posted prices and results delivered directly to the employer contact. We serve employers and applicants across Oro Valley, Catalina, SaddleBrooke, Rancho Vistoso and Marana.
Bring a photo ID and any form your employer gave you. Check in (or pre-register online), and our staff will collect the specimen or complete the physical — usually 15 to 30 minutes. Negative rapid screens are reported the same day; anything non-negative goes to the laboratory for confirmation and is reported within 2 to 3 business days. Results go only to the authorized employer contact.
Sanova does not perform DOT/CDL physicals. For those, we're glad to point you to a DOT-certified examiner. Everything else an employer typically needs — testing, physicals, immunization requirements and same-day illness or injury care for employees on their own insurance — is handled here.
Drug screens, physicals, TB tests and titers are flat-priced and listed on our insurance and costs page; employers can request a volume quote. Related: on-site lab testing · sports and school physicals · all walk-in services · areas we serve · hours and directions.
No. Walk in Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm, with your photo ID and any paperwork or chain-of-custody form from your employer. Collection takes about 15 minutes. Employers can also call (520) 232-2525 to set up an account so applicants simply show up with their name on file.
Urine drug screens in 5-, 10- and 12-panel formats (including the standard pre-employment panels), with rapid on-site screening for negative results and laboratory confirmation for any non-negative result. Alcohol screening and specialty panels are available on request. Ask about the panel your employer specified and we'll match it.
A negative rapid screen is typically available the same day. Non-negative results are sent to the laboratory for confirmation and reviewed before reporting, usually within 2 to 3 business days. Results go directly to the employer contact on the authorization form, by fax or secure email — never to anyone who isn't authorized.
Height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, vision and hearing screen, heart and lung exam, and a musculoskeletal and fitness-for-duty assessment tailored to the job description your employer provides. Lab work, drug screening and TB testing can be added in the same visit, and the employer's form is completed and signed before you leave.
