Medical Assistant / Front Desk

About the Role

Sanova is hiring Medical Assistants and Front Desk team members for our walk-in urgent care and primary care clinic. Whether you love clinical work or keeping the front office running smoothly, you’ll be part of a close-knit, physician-led team.

What You'll Do

• Medical Assistant: room patients, take vitals and histories
• Medical Assistant: assist providers with procedures, point-of-care testing and specimen collection
• Front Desk: greet and check in walk-in and scheduled patients
• Front Desk: verify insurance, schedule appointments and answer phones
• Keep the clinic running smoothly and patients informed

Pay & Benefits

• $18 – $22 per hour, based on experience
• Medical insurance

What We're Looking For

• MA certification (CCMA, RMA or CMA) preferred for MA roles
• Front desk, scheduling or insurance-verification experience for front office roles
• Warm, professional, patient-first attitude
• Comfort with EHR and office software
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
