Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

About the Primary Care Role

Sanova is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide comprehensive primary care to adults and families — chronic disease management, preventive care, annual exams and same-day visits — with physician collaboration built in.

What You'll Do

• See scheduled and same-day primary care patients
• Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol
• Perform annual wellness visits, physicals and preventive care
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Document visits accurately in the EHR
• Collaborate closely with our physician and care team

Pay & Benefits

• $125,000 – $135,000 per year, full-time

Requirements

• Active Arizona NP (APRN) or PA license
• National board certification (AANP / ANCC or NCCPA)
• DEA registration, or eligible to obtain
• Current BLS certification
• Primary care experience preferred
